Forest Creek is Round Rock's oldest golf course community - built out over the 1990s and early 2000s around the Forest Creek Golf Club. What you get here that newer neighborhoods can't replicate: 25-year-old oaks, established landscaping, settled HOA dues, and a mix of original owners and second-generation buyers.
Forest Creek homes list between $350K and $650K depending on the section and level of updates. The oldest sections near the golf course clubhouse have bigger lots but need updating. The newer sections toward the back of the neighborhood have tighter lots but more modern finishes.
